Overview

The Senior Director of Major Gifts will lead the fundraising effort from individual and family foundation donors, partnering with senior staff to secure strategic philanthropic investments for C2ES’s mission.

Requirements

• 12-15 years of progressive fundraising experience.
• Proven ability to manage multiple seven-figure funding opportunities.
• Extensive knowledge of the climate funding landscape.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Interdisciplinary understanding of climate and energy issues.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
• Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
• Master’s degree preferred.
