Senior Fellow, Industrial Electrification - Remote

Overview

The Senior Fellow, Industrial Electrification will support C2ES in advancing policies and technologies for the manufacturing sector's transition to a net-zero economy.

In Short

• Represent C2ES within the Renewable Thermal Collaborative.
• Conduct research on electricity market issues related to industrial electrification.
• Establish relationships with utilities and policymakers.
• Create messaging and presentations to educate policymakers.
• Participate in advocacy related to industrial electrification.
• Organize workshops and events on industrial decarbonization.
• Deliver high-quality written work products.
• Collaborate with colleagues and partner organizations.
• Commit to diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree plus 8 years of experience or Master's degree plus 5 years of experience in climate and energy.
• Familiarity with clean energy issues.
• Experience with electricity markets and energy storage.
• Strong research and writing skills.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
