Overview

The Senior Care Manager (RN) will assess, plan, and implement complex care management activities to provide quality healthcare outcomes for members, particularly those with high-risk pregnancies.

Requirements

• Degree from an Accredited School of Nursing or Bachelor's in Nursing.
• 4-6 years of related experience.
• Registered Nurse licensure in North Carolina.
• Experience with care management and high-risk populations.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with healthcare teams.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance.
• Experience in patient education and support.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
