Overview

As a Care Manager (RN) at Centene, you will develop and facilitate care management activities for members with physical needs, ensuring high-quality healthcare outcomes through personalized care plans and collaboration with providers.

Requirements

• Degree from an Accredited School of Nursing or Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
• 2 – 4 years of related experience.
• RN - Registered Nurse - State Licensure required.
