Overview

As a Manager of Ethics & Compliance, you will be responsible for managing compliance programs, serving as the privacy officer, and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements across the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Master's or Juris Doctorate preferred.
• 4+ years of compliance experience in healthcare.
• 2+ years of experience in Medicaid, Medicare, or Managed Care.
• Experience with federal and state regulatory agencies.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Effective communication and interaction skills.
• Ability to develop and implement policies.
• Experience in conducting audits.
• Knowledge of privacy regulations.
