Twilio is looking for a Program Manager, Ethics and Compliance to help build an innovative ethics and compliance program.

In Short

• Strategically assess and evolve ethics and compliance guidance processes.
• Measure the effectiveness of ethics and compliance initiatives.
• Drive project management initiatives across the business.
• Manage Conflicts of Interest Disclosure program.
• Oversee Ethics Hotline program and analyze report data.
• Provide guidance on day-to-day ethics and compliance matters.
• Develop and deliver ethics and compliance training.
• Educate management on program trends and outcomes.
• Create ethics and compliance procedures and guidelines.

Requirements

• 4+ years of ethics and/or compliance experience.
• Excellent organization and project management skills.
• Strong writing ability.
• Team player with interpersonal skills.
