The Onboarding Coordinator at CENTEGIX plays a vital role in ensuring a smooth, organized, and efficient onboarding process for customers and projects, supporting the end-to-end coordination of installation and implementation efforts.

In Short

• Develop and manage installation timelines for projects.
• Verify project readiness prior to launch.
• Coordinate project logistics including vendor badging and equipment delivery.
• Partner with logistics teams for timely shipment and delivery of equipment.
• Optimize installation routes and schedules for efficiency.
• Maintain communication with Project Managers regarding schedules.
• Provide operational support to executives and managers.
• Take ownership of assigned projects and drive accountability.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in scheduling or project coordination.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to adapt and solve complex challenges.
• Demonstrates initiative and accountability.
• Works effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Skilled in scheduling tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
