In Short

• Provide end-to-end product counseling in healthcare.
• Collaborate with product and business teams to identify legal risks.

• Work with the Legal & Compliance Team on regulatory issues.
• Assist integration of platforms with customer and vendor systems.
• Review marketing communications related to products.
• Negotiate product and regulatory aspects of agreements.
• Contribute to the effectiveness of the Legal & Compliance department.

Requirements

• JD Degree and state bar license in good standing.
• 5+ years of relevant legal experience in healthcare or payments.
• Strong foundation in product counseling and technology applications.
• Ability to translate complex legal issues for non-lawyers.
• Keen business and legal judgment.
• Self-starter with strong collaborative skills.
• Interest in privacy and regulatory considerations in healthcare.
• Experience with platform services for healthcare entities is a plus.
