Overview

The MEALK Lead plays a critical role in leading a robust Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, Learning and Knowledge Management system in TJNA, ensuring effectiveness and efficiency.

In Short

  • Lead the development and oversight of the MEAL system and framework.
  • Ensure alignment of projects with the institutional results framework.
  • Develop harmonized tools for data collection and reporting.
  • Analyze monitoring data to inform program decisions.
  • Conduct training and needs assessments for staff and partners.
  • Oversee the Knowledge Management team and implementation of systems.
  • Contribute to proposal development and donor reporting.
  • Support program teams in developing quality reports.
  • Facilitate learning and capacity enhancement sessions.
  • Travel at least 25% of the time.

Requirements

  • Degree in a relevant field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in donor compliance and project management.
  • Experience in civil society or NGO settings.
  • Knowledge of monitoring and evaluation methodologies.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and database management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Fluency in English required, French preferred.
