Overview

The CDW Briefing Manager creates experiences for executive-level audiences of high potential accounts that build advocacy and trust, enhances relationships, and generates revenue.

In Short

• Plan and deliver the overall briefing program aligned with organizational strategy.
• Develop new initiatives to support the strategic direction of the organization.
• Create and implement long-term goals for program scaling.
• Manage the program budget and operating plan.
• Collect and share customer feedback to improve the program.
• Communicate with clients and stakeholders effectively.
• Guide the evaluation of customer experience strategies.
• Uncover sales opportunities during customer engagements.
• Travel up to 50% as needed for client interactions.
• Maintain strong working relationships across the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of Sales/Marketing experience or 9 years of relevant experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships across the organization.
• Professional image with strong business acumen.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively.
• Experience in composing detailed reports and presentations.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
