In Short

• Part-time position as a Senior Business Intelligence Engineer.
• Analyze learning outcome metrics from multiple sources.
• Optimize learning evaluation strategies and identify key training outcomes.
• Review and develop learning metrics strategy and content.
• Gather and analyze data from past training classes.
• Monitor and evaluate training program metrics.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on training program outcomes.
• Present data insights to clients.
• Occasional travel to Humana's offices may be required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of technical experience in data analysis.
• Experience in learning design or analysis.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications.
• Advanced experience with big and complex data sets.
• Proficiency in understanding healthcare-related data.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Passion for improving consumer experiences.
• Preferred: Advanced degree in a quantitative discipline.
• Familiarity with Databricks or Azure Synapse Analytics.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
