Overview

The Associate Director, Integrated Clinical Pharmacist delivers forward-thinking leadership in the coordination and enhancement of pharmacy services across multiple clinical sites, overseeing the clinical pharmacist team and driving optimization of medication therapy management.

Requirements

• Active and unrestricted pharmacist license.
• Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) or Bachelor of Pharmacy.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience as a practicing pharmacist.
• Demonstrated expertise in pharmacy practice management.
• Experience with data analytics in a healthcare environment.
• Proficient in MS Office applications and EMR systems.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in interdisciplinary teams.
• Completion of a clinical residency is preferred.
• Multilingual abilities are a plus.
