IT SysOps Automation Specialist - Remote

Overview

The IT SysOps Automation Specialist will drive the development of IT infrastructure by designing, implementing, and optimizing automation solutions for operating systems and hybrid cloud environments, enhancing operational efficiency and enabling strategic project focus.

In Short

• Design, test, implement, and maintain automation scripts and applications.
• Analyze automation areas to improve team velocity.
• Develop tools for Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and support CI/CD practices.
• Collaborate with the SysOps team on automation strategies.
• Create and maintain documentation for automation tools.
• Work with ITSECOPS to gather requirements for automation solutions.
• Continuously improve processes by exploring new technologies.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in IT process automation or advanced systems administration.
• Advanced knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell).
• Experience designing and deploying automation tools.
• Understanding of software engineering principles and version control systems.
• Experience with operating systems (Windows Server, Linux) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP).
• Strong analytical skills and ability to resolve technical challenges.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in Polish and English.
