Promotions Assistant - Remote

Overview

The Promotions Assistant will support the promotions, programming, and sales departments by executing various promotional activities and engaging with attendees at events.

In Short

• Execute promotions such as remotes, events, and van appearances.
• Coordinate contest prize inventory and fulfillment.
• Set up and break down audio equipment and promotional materials.
• Activate promotional events with games and music.
• Interact with attendees at promotional events.
• Capture and recap promotional events via photos and social media.
• Drive promotional vehicles.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and excellent driving record.
• Physical ability to stand for long hours and lift 40-pound objects.
• Organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.

Requirements

• Experience with Microsoft Office and Photoshop.
• Excellent driving record and valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift or move 40-pound objects.
• Previous experience in outdoor promotions or marketing/customer service is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work within standardized procedures.
• Attention to detail and follow-up skills.
• Respect for others and strong collaborative skills.
