Overview

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) will engage with clients within core communities to discuss advertising opportunities across multiple platforms, including podcasts, digital, radio, and events.

In Short

  • Identify and solicit new business opportunities.
  • Engage in daily outbound prospecting through calls, emails, and other outreach channels.
  • Research and identify leads aligned with ideal customer profiles.
  • Create and deliver personalized outreach to generate interest.
  • Partner with Account Executives for seamless handoff of qualified opportunities.
  • Meet or exceed outreach and meeting booking goals.
  • Manage lead follow-up and maintain accurate records in CRM.
  • Contribute to a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement.
  • Maintain focus in a dynamic team environment.
  • Thrives in a metrics driven and tech-savvy selling environment.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of SDR or Outbound Sales experience.
  • Professional demeanor including outstanding phone etiquette.
  • Ability to balance creativity and adaptability.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
  • A competitive spirit that thrives in a highly accountable environment.
