Manager, Software Development - Remote

Overview

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Manager, Software Development to lead and oversee the development team responsible for building and maintaining our next-generation cloud-based Court Case Management System.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 3-4+ years of Software Management experience.
• 6+ years in software development with a strong focus on Microsoft stack.
• Proficiency in C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core.
• Knowledge of Angular Framework.
• Solid understanding of RESTful API design.
• Familiarity with AWS cloud environment.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
