Overview

Castlight Health is hiring full-time Care Guides to provide outstanding customer service in the healthcare technology sector, focusing on customer advocacy and support.

In Short

  • Join a top-notch Customer Support team.

  • Respond to service requests via email, phone, and live chat.
  • Assist customers with healthcare navigation and insurance details.
  • Work a typical schedule from Monday to Friday, with occasional weekends.
  • Participate in fully paid training for 6-8 weeks.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Must possess strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Spanish speaking is a plus.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in healthcare contact center or related field preferred.
  • Proven customer service skills and professional work ethic.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Adept at multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Service Cloud is a plus.
  • High tolerance for a rapidly changing environment.
  • Positive and professional demeanor with customers.
  • Must be able to work 40 hours per week.
  • Limited travel (less than 10%).
  • Must complete training with 100% attendance.
