Deal Desk Director - Remote

Overview

We’re looking for a sharp, strategic, and collaborative Deal Desk Director to support our growing Sales and Customer Success team and optimize how we structure deals.

• Support sales and customer success teams by helping structure complex deals.
• Ensure pricing aligns with the company's revenue goals and market standards.
• Oversee and manage deal approval workflows involving necessary stakeholders.
• Maintain and enforce pricing and discounting policies for consistency.
• Provide insights into deal performance and make recommendations for adjustments.
• 7-10 years of experience in deal desk or pricing strategy.
• Strong knowledge of SaaS pricing models and revenue recognition principles.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and modeling skills.
• International experience with a global mindset.

Requirements

• Degree in finance, business, and/or economics.
• Clear communicator and trusted partner in decision-making.
• Experience in sales operations or revenue operations.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and ability to spot risks in deal structures.
