As a Senior Product Manager at Cast AI, you’ll drive our cloud-native platform forward by gathering user insights, shaping roadmaps, and leading cross-functional teams to deliver impactful, Kubernetes-powered products.

In Short

• Lead the development of the Database Optimization product within the Cast AI platform.
• Work with software engineers to understand and improve database monitoring and optimization.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure product improvements.
• Conduct research on database optimization tools across various relational databases.
• Drive collaboration across internal teams to achieve product adoption and sales goals.
• Own the product backlog and prioritize decisions with the engineering team.

Requirements

• Experience in leading B2B software products in a cloud-native environment.
• Experience collaborating directly with customers as design partners.
• Knowledge of relational databases including query planning and performance tuning.
• Experience in defining and tracking product metrics using analytics tools.
• Strong writing and communication skills for explaining database concepts.
• Familiarity with modern product management practices.
• Education in Information Technology, Computer Science, or similar.
