Overview

As a Client Partner at CAST AI, you will work closely with existing customers to build long-lasting relationships and ensure increased adoption and satisfaction.

In Short

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.
  • Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Guide new customers through onboarding.
  • Monitor customer usage and performance KPIs.
  • Collaborate with Sales, TAM team, R&D, and other stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer account management.
  • 5+ years of experience as an Account Manager or Account Executive.
  • Ability to identify key contacts and tailor proposals.
  • Demonstrated success in negotiation and closing.
  • Experience with Kubernetes and the Cloud space is a plus.
