XBRL and Financials Regulatory Analyst - Remote

Overview

As an XBRL and Financials Analyst at Caseware, you will play a critical role in ensuring our financial statement products meet the latest iXBRL requirements and UK, Irish and IFRS disclosure standards.

In Short

• Own the iXBRL tagging process across UK desktop and cloud financials products.
• Ensure financial statements are aligned with UK GAAP, FRS 102, and Companies Act requirements.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, and QA to deliver compliant features.
• Engage with clients and stakeholders for jurisdiction-specific tagging needs.
• Drive improvements to legacy tagging implementations.
• Participate in agile ceremonies for product delivery excellence.
• Translate complex disclosure standards into actionable requirements.
• Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Contribute to digital transformation in financial reporting.
• Work towards relevant qualifications such as ACA or ACCA.

Requirements

• Strong foundation in UK statutory financial reporting.
• Experience with XBRL/iXBRL tagging.
• Ability to interpret complex disclosure requirements.
• Proven ability to thrive in a cross-functional environment.
• Mindset for continuous improvement.
• Experience in software, product, or regulatory analysis is a plus.
