Overview

The Financial and Regulatory Reporting Senior Analyst is responsible for the timely and accurate delivery of comprehensive financial and regulatory reporting in compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

In Short

• Ensure proper accounting and internal controls.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports according to regulations.
• Calculate regulatory capital and monitor compliance.
• Automate accounting processes and develop related software.
• Coordinate with external auditors during inspections.
• Collaborate with Risk Management for loan loss provisions.
• Track legislative changes and update accounting policies.
• Maintain documentation for departmental operations.
• Represent the department in internal meetings.
• Engage in other financial activities as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Banking/Finance; Master’s preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the Ukrainian Finance sector.
• Experience in an international bank is a plus.
• Extensive knowledge of regulatory requirements.
• Strong organization and prioritization skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Native-level proficiency in Ukrainian and professional-level in English.
