The Associate role in the Divisional Risk and Control team focuses on remote booking supervision, ensuring compliance and effectiveness in risk management strategies.

In Short

• Support remote supervision governance across various business lines.
• Produce Remote Supervision Packs for governance forums.
• Coordinate and collate management information (MI) from multiple teams.
• Run data quality checks for MI provision.
• Collaborate with IT teams to automate MI processes.
• Implement control frameworks and perform gap analysis.
• Monitor trade bookings and investigate discrepancies.
• Engage with stakeholders for effective communication and reporting.
• Drive risk remediation activities and manage audit findings.
• Support the creation of monthly MI reports for stakeholders.

Requirements

• Minimum eight years of experience in finance or risk control functions.
• Strong skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint; VBA knowledge preferred.
• Self-starter with the ability to work autonomously.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills in risk management.
• Effective relationship building and communication skills.
• Project management skills for automation solutions.
• Ability to manage a high workload and meet deadlines.
