Overview

The Implementation & Client Service Officer is dedicated to delivering customer-driven solutions that contribute to the profitability and growth of their dedicated client base while providing an excellent client service experience.

In Short

• Responsible for Cash Management Product Implementation.
• Coordinate account opening and Internet Banking setup.
• Provide 2nd level support for customers on db-direct internet.
• Conduct customer training as the final stage of the implementation process.
• Manage ongoing technical support and incident resolution.
• Collaborate with clients and coverage teams to develop implementation plans.
• Investigate payment issues and provide information on payment tracking.
• Fluency in Korean and English is required.
• Strong organizational and time management skills are essential.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Technical/Implementation background preferred.
• Ability to work well within tight deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication.
• Proactive problem-solving skills.
• Experience in project management principles and practices.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Korean and English.
• Ability to manage dialogue with IT during product implementation.
• Experience in client service roles.
• Willingness to provide feedback and share best practices.
