Solutions Architect - Remote

Overview

Caseware is hiring for a Solution Architect who will be responsible for supporting larger customers in evaluating and implementing Caseware solutions, while collaborating with various teams to ensure customer needs are met.

In Short

• Partner with Account Managers and Solution Consultants.
• Understand customers’ technology ecosystem and business needs.
• Strategize with customers on the best solutions.
• Define and scope configuration and customization requirements.
• Work with technical teams to execute customer requirements.
• Capture customer feedback to support innovation.
• Create and maintain toolkits for customer evaluations.
• Design processes to support scalable services.

Requirements

• 5+ years in product design or management in a SAAS organization.
• 5+ years in an Audit or Accounting firm.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to interpret stakeholder needs.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Self-starter with problem-solving skills.
• Preferred: CPA or equivalent with 5+ years External Audit experience.
• Experience utilizing Caseware for engagements.
• Experience leading audit and technology adoption efforts.
• Documenting internal processes and implementing improvements.
