Overview

Join Cartwheel to help tackle the student mental health crisis as part of its founding Arizona program team. Cartwheel is an early-stage company building a new kind of mental health program for kids that puts schools at the center. We see our role as supporting school staff who see kids every single day. Instead of going around them, we collaborate with them.

In Short

• Build relationships with Arizona school district leadership and staff.
• Work closely with the Arizona Department of Education.
• Launch and maintain school district partnerships.
• Provide strategic insights on district partnerships.
• Deliver clinical guidance and coaching to school staff.
• Promote collaboration with Cartwheel’s clinical team.
• Flexible travel to districts as needed.
• Full-time, salaried W2 position.
• Remote work with in-person retreats.
• Start date in March 2025.

Requirements

• 5+ years as a Customer Success Manager in education or mental health.
• 2+ years working in Arizona school systems.
• Commitment to serving underserved communities.
• Passion for tackling the youth mental health crisis.
• Experience with Arizona Department of Education is a plus.
• Experience with diverse populations is a plus.
