• The User Experience team at Carrot Fertility is seeking a Senior Product Designer.
• You will help shape member-facing products and own the growing design system.
• Collaborate with Content Design, Product Management, and Engineering.
• Conduct user research to drive design decisions.
• Create high-fidelity interactive prototypes in Figma.
• Support implementation through well-documented handoffs.
• Advocate for accessibility and design consistency.
• Help shape the design team’s culture and vision.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product design or UX/UI design.
• 1-2 years of experience with Figma.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in user-centered design.
• Deep understanding of design systems and collaboration with engineers.
• Strong knowledge of interaction design and accessibility standards.
• Superior communication skills and ability to articulate design rationale.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
