Overview

Carrot is a global, comprehensive fertility and family care platform, supporting members and their families through many of life's most memorable moments. The Care Companion role involves guiding members through their family-forming journeys by providing exceptional customer service and support.

In Short

• Join a compassionate team at Carrot, a leader in fertility and family care.
• Provide phone and email support to guide members through their family-forming journeys.
• Address questions and concerns with empathy and excellent communication skills.
• Work with members via video chat and other communication avenues.

• In-office position for those located in Des Moines, IA.
• Training provided over the first 6-8 weeks.
• Regular overnight shifts from 7:00 PM to 6:00 AM CST.
• Support a diverse member population through all paths to parenthood.
• Be part of a team that represents Carrot and guides members effectively.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in customer service, healthcare, or client-facing roles.
• Superior written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to support a diverse member population empathetically.
• Bachelor's Degree required.
