Overview

The Trustee Sales & Account Specialist I will be responsible for processing all account receivables and payables. Perform all duties in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures, all US state and federal laws and regulations, wherein the company operates.

In Short

  • Prepare and process all invoices to the client.
  • Review vendor A/P invoices and make any needed adjustments.
  • Ensure that all vendors are paid.
  • Process all funds and disbursements from third-party sales.
  • Maintain and balance trust bank accounts.
  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 0 – 1 year of work experience in a professional environment, preferred.
  • Efficient in Microsoft Suite—Word, Excel, etc.
  • Ability to understand, remember, and apply oral and/or written instructions or other information.
  • Ability to understand, remember, and communicate routine, factual information.
  • Ability to apply common sense in performing job.
  • Ability to make decisions that have moderate impact on the immediate work unit.
  • Ability to organize thoughts and ideas into understandable terminology.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize own work schedules of others on short-term basis.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, divide and to record, balance, and check results for accuracy.
  • Ability to compute, analyze, and interpret complex statistical data and/or to develop forecasts and computer models.
  • Ability to complete routine forms, use existing form letters, and/or conduct routine oral communication.
  • Ability to compose letters, outlines, memoranda, and basic reports and/or to orally communicate technical information.
