Trustee Sale Specialist - Remote

Overview

The Trustee Sale Specialist will be responsible for opening and processing foreclosures in all company licensed states, performing all duties in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures, and all US state and federal laws and regulations.

In Short

• Log and enter new foreclosures into system.
• Review deed of trust and prepare necessary documents.
• Prepare and send notices to interested parties.
• Review title and clear defects as needed.
• Monitor data accuracy of third-party websites.
• Prepare bidding instructions and process sales.
• Handle incoming calls from clients and borrowers.
• Review bankruptcies for validity against properties.
• Perform other assigned duties and projects.

Requirements

• Mortgage Default Servicing experience required.
• Foreclosure experience preferred.
• ICE / BKFS LoanSphere Default experience a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
• Efficient in Microsoft Suite (MS Word, Excel).
