Requirements

• 5+ years in design-build implementation.
• 3+ years in performance contracting.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Experience with commercial & industrial HVAC systems.
• Familiarity with financial modeling and project budgeting.
• Adept at risk management and technical performance verification.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to manage diverse technical teams.
