The HVAC Controls Specialist serves as a technical expert providing comprehensive field support for Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) and Ductless systems with a strong emphasis on building automation integration and controls technology.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 4+ years of field experience in VRF and Ductless equipment service.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience with major building automation platforms.
• Expertise in building automation systems integration.
• Knowledge of communication protocols (BACnet, Modbus).
• Strong problem-solving abilities in high-pressure environments.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• English written and verbal communication skills.
