Carrier is a global leader in intelligent climate and energy solutions for residential, commercial, and industrial applications. We are currently seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager for the Podkarpackie and Lubusz regions.

In Short

• Implement company sales policies for gas appliances, heat pumps, and air conditioning.
• Achieve sales targets and develop the market for gas boilers and HVAC solutions.
• Provide technical consulting on offered products.
• Actively seek new sales opportunities.
• Maintain and build long-term customer relationships.
• Conduct negotiations and manage the region through planning and reporting.
• Represent the company at industry events like fairs and conferences.
• Collaborate with other company departments and conduct client visits.
• Acquire new investments and manage ongoing projects.
• Work with contractors and distributors.

Requirements

• Experience in the heating technology industry.
• Preferred experience in selling gas boilers or heat pumps.
• Knowledge of local contracting and distribution companies.
• Valid driver's license (Category B).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong interpersonal skills and availability.
