Oversee vehicle processing on the platform
Identify opportunities for process optimization and develop solutions to enhance customer experience
Manage stand fees, reminders, and transport bookings
Coordinate and send reminders for self-collection
Act as the primary contact for issues related to document dispatch

Ideally experience in processing in the automotive industry (e.g. in a car dealership or at an auction platform)
Independent, entrepreneurial, problem-solving orientated and data-driven
Strong social and empathetic thinking and excellent communication skills
You have already gained some experience in working with CRM systems to process customer enquiries (e.g. Salesforce, Hubspot, Freshdesk)
Business Fluent to Native Level (C1 or C2) in Italian and Spanish and proficiency in English (German is a plus) are a requirement
