Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS or software sales.
  • Structured approach to sales and independent work.
  • Track record of closing mid-market or enterprise-level deals.
  • Strong command of HubSpot and modern sales tools.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build trust and collaborate across teams.
  • Fluent in English; other languages beneficial.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant field preferred.
  • Knowledge of aged care sector regulations is a plus.
  • Results-driven and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
