Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in delivering enterprise-grade software solutions.
• Experience in a healthcare or HIPAA-regulated environment is preferred.
• Proficiency in multiple programming languages, especially .NET, C#, and SQL.
• Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with event-driven architecture and Apache Kafka.
• Excellent verbal and communication skills.
• Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with monitoring and analytics tools.
• Ability to lead and execute projects in agile environments.
• Capacity to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
