In Short

• Act as the first point of contact to answer all business data queries.
• Develop effective reporting solutions by utilizing engineering best practices and various reporting tools.
• Participate in continuous improvement of these reporting solutions.
• Quickly understand business requirements and find innovative ways to answer them through data analysis.
• Drive and support your designated business unit by converting complex data into understandable formats.
• Present analysis and commentary to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Gain subject matter expertise and help define key metrics for business improvement.
• Run regular data integrity audits.
• Devise methods for collecting data, such as surveys and polls.
• Gather data about consumers, competitors, and market conditions.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in an analytical role.
• 1+ years of experience with business intelligence and visualization tools.
• Strong analytical skills with expertise in SQL and large datasets.
• Passion for learning new technologies.
• Expert at writing SQL queries against large datasets.
• Self-starter with excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in complex operational environments.
• Process-oriented and logical thinker with attention to detail.
• Experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, MicroStrategy, Looker).
• Knowledge of Python, R, Spark, Hive, and data lakes (preferred).
