In Short

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the captain fleet.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and local laws.
• Manage the full captain recruitment process.
• Spearhead implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Lead teams to achieve operational excellence.
• Partner with teams to achieve key operational KPIs.
• Deliver regular updates and reports to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or relevant experience.
• 2–5 years of experience in fast-paced operations.
• Strong project management skills.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities.
• Proficient in data analysis; SQL knowledge is an advantage.
• Fluency in Hindi/Urdu and English; Arabic is a plus.
• Valid UAE Driving License.
