Programmer Analyst - Remote

In Short

• Understand the business requirements and convert to working model using latest technologies.
• Involved in requirement and knowledge gathering, regularly interacting with business users.
• Track lead for commercial lines and personal lines modules.
• Application support and maintenance, defect management, bug fixes.
• Rate revisions, compliance changes, agent commission processing enhancements as required.
• Handle business queries, resolve issues, work with infrastructure teams, support deployments, releases and investigate issues.
• Analyze complex requirements and provide technical design solutions with solution leads and architects of the various tracks.
• Responsible for unit testing, integration testing and user acceptance testing of the software application.
• Accountable for hosting the web application on QA, UAT and production environment.
• Investigate support tickets/alerts and resolve the incidents.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or foreign equivalent in Computer Science/Applications/Information Systems, Information Technology or Electronics/Electrical Engineering.
• Will accept 3 or 4 year Bachelor’s.
• 1 year experience as Programmer Analyst, Software Developer, Software Engineer, Project Lead or related.
• Must be willing to travel/relocate to anywhere in the US.
