Overview

The RPA Programmer Analyst will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining automation solutions to improve business processes using Microsoft Power Automate and related tools.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
• 5-10 years of experience in business process automation, focusing on Microsoft Power Platform.
• Experience managing a citizen development program.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Power Automate, Power Apps, Forms, Power BI, and SharePoint.
• Understanding of business process management and workflow automation.
• Excellent leadership and training skills.
• Ability to collaborate across diverse teams.
• Strong time-management skills.
• BS degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience.
