Manhattan WMS Active Techno/Functional Consultant - Remote

Overview

The Manhattan WMS Active Techno/Functional Consultant will be responsible for the configuration, reports development and support of distribution technologies within Supply Chain applications. This role requires experience with Manhattan Active WMS and serves as a liaison between the Distribution Operations team and the IT team.

In Short

• Remote role with 5-10% travel required
• Must work PST hours
• 4 years of experience with WMS Technologies (Manhattan WMS Active) is a must
• Experience with at least one complete life-cycle implementation is required
• Testing experience with Manhattan Active WMS is a must
• Develop and tweak operational reports using Manhattan SCI
• Analyze and develop solutions addressing customer needs
• Document requirements and process flows
• Monitor process and technology for insights
• Produce key documents in written and presentation formats

Requirements

• 4 years of experience with WMS Technologies (Manhattan WMS Active)
• Experience with complete life-cycle implementation
• Ability to develop reports using Manhattan SCI
• Hands-on testing experience with Manhattan Active WMS
• Strong analytical skills for process improvement
• Excellent documentation and communication skills
• Ability to work with plant users both off-site and on-site
• Experience in business analysis and requirements gathering
• Ability to work collaboratively with IT and operational teams
• Experience in creating use cases and business rules
