Overview

The IT Operations Lead will lead the development and implementation of innovative solutions that streamline IT operations, improve efficiency, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.

• Lead IT projects with full project management responsibility.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Systems Engineer or related role.
• 3+ years of experience with enterprise customers.
• Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• In-depth understanding of diverse systems and networks.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Azure, and Office 365.
• Experience with large-scale endpoint systems administration.
• Understanding of risk management and data privacy principles.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and GCP regulatory standards.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
