Overview

As a Customer Experience Representative, you will be at the forefront of enhancing patient experience and ensuring smooth communication across Care Access, managing incoming calls efficiently and providing essential support to participants.

In Short

  • Manage a high volume of incoming and outgoing calls with professionalism.
  • Assist participants by answering questions and resolving concerns.
  • Efficiently route calls to appropriate departments.
  • Document all call interactions in CRM and ticketing systems.
  • Collaborate with team members for a unified approach to participant experience.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills required.
  • Strong customer service orientation and relationship management.
  • Experience with call center software and CRM systems preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • 2-5 years of call center experience preferred.

Requirements

  • Minimum of a high school diploma or GED required.
  • Proficiency in using call center software, CRM systems, and ticketing tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage challenging situations.
