Senior Region Manager - Remote

Overview

The Senior Region Manager assumes overall responsibility for the management of sites assigned, including personnel management, site profitability, and the successful conduct of all studies while providing a high-quality point of intersection for staff, study participants, CROs, and sponsors.

In Short

• Manage site operations and personnel in assigned regions.
• Conduct regular meetings and performance evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with GCP and FDA/ICH guidelines.
• Collaborate with investigators on study feasibility.
• Oversee quality control and audit processes.
• Engage with community partners for recruitment and outreach.
• Travel up to 50% of the time nationwide.
• Implement HR policies and maintain staff morale.
• Manage financial aspects of site operations.
• Train and mentor new Region Managers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 2+ years of relevant management experience.
• 3+ years of Clinical Research Coordinator experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Knowledge of medical and research terminology.
• Proficiency in clinical trials databases and MS Office.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to travel frequently.
• Experience in community engagement and partnerships.
