Overview

The Community Engagement Partner I will focus on fostering strong relationships with local communities to support health initiatives and develop impactful community events and campaigns.

• Partner with local organizations to manage community-based screening events.

• Conduct retrospective analyses for program enhancement.
• Organize local Ambassadors for community outreach.
• Collaborate with local organizations for meaningful events.
• Deliver clear presentations to diverse audiences.
• Support the clinical research team with participant transitions.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in program outreach.
• Strong judgment and ability to work autonomously.
• Empathy, persistence, and integrity.
• Proven ability in building community partnerships.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in modern communication and data management technology.
• Multilingual is a plus.
