Overview

As a Manager in Client Rebate Management at Capital Rx, you will lead a team responsible for rebate payments, reporting, and client reconciliations while ensuring accurate data management and cross-functional collaboration.

In Short

  • Lead, develop, mentor and grow the rebate management team.
  • Set priorities and manage workloads to meet business objectives.
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of rebate reporting models.
  • Coordinate with teams to ensure accurate rebate reporting.
  • Identify and resolve rebate reconciliation variances.
  • Utilize SQL and Python for data management and automation.
  • Collaborate with business functions for internal reporting and SOPs.
  • Develop KPI metrics for tracking efficiency and issue resolution.
  • Establish SOPs for reporting accuracy and payment quality.
  • Advocate for best practices and continuous learning.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in financial analysis or related fields.
  • Prior PBM experience preferred.
  • Understanding of pharmacy rebate dynamics.
  • Experience with structured and unstructured data.
  • Knowledge of SQL, Excel, or data visualization tools.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills.
  • Attention to detail and analytical mindset.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
