Overview

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and resourceful Testing Lead to join our team in building a next-generation digital platform for the life insurance industry. Your leadership will be critical in ensuring its quality, performance, and reliability.

In Short

• Lead the end-to-end testing strategy for a complex, API and Data driven, cloud-native platform.
• Design and implement robust regression, functional, and performance testing frameworks.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and DevOps to ensure test coverage across all integration points.
• Analyze system and business requirements for testability using advanced testing tools.
• Develop and maintain test cases and test data based on business and system requirements.
• Drive test automation initiatives and CI/CD pipeline integration.
• Identify, document, and track defects, ensuring timely resolution.
• Mentor and guide junior QA engineers.
• Champion quality best practices and continuous improvement across the SDLC.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies such as PI planning and sprint reviews.

Requirements

• Experience in leading testing strategies for cloud-native applications.
