DevSecOps Strategy Principal Consultant - Remote

Overview

As a member of the Capco Technology Delivery Team, you’ll bring practical knowledge of agile development methodologies and engineering best practices. As a DevSecOps Principal Consultant, you’ll play an integral role: using your experience and skills to contribute to the quality and implementation of our solutions for our customers.

In Short

• Lead the development of a comprehensive DevSecOps strategy.
• Communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to client teams.
• Conduct a thorough assessment of the client’s existing DevSecOps processes.
• Define the future state for People, Process, and Technology.
• Develop and oversee a multi-year implementation roadmap.
• Establish and define the mission of a DevSecOps Center of Excellence.
• Identify high-impact quick wins and guide the implementation of strategic tooling.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in DevSecOps.
• Deep knowledge of DevSecOps principles and tools.
• Proven ability to manage multi-year projects.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Exceptional executive communication skills.
• Relevant certifications are highly desirable.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field; Master’s preferred.
