In Short

  • Generate qualified opportunities through outbound efforts including email outreach, social selling, and personalized multi-channel campaigns.
  • Utilize prospecting and research tools, coordinate with assigned reps to qualify opportunities; prepare for and book pitch meetings with target prospects.
  • Strategize with team members to innovate & improve the overall sales development process.
  • Conduct sales development best practices with email, phone, and social drips using enablement technology to connect with new prospects.
  • Work closely and collaboratively with the sales team to develop and implement appropriate prospect communication plans.
  • Work internally with other departments to ensure proper quality and quantity of demonstrations.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years experience in outbound sales, SDR/BDR role targeting enterprise-level accounts.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex financial concepts into clear value propositions.
  • Proven experience leveraging multi-threading and multi-channel outreach techniques.
  • Experience with HubSpot CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and sales engagement tools.
  • Organized, driven, and comfortable with high-volume prospecting with resilience and grit.
  • Experience selling into financial personas (CFOs, VP Finance, VP Accounting) highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of financial concepts such as ARR, contract financing, revenue recognition, deal structuring.
