• Strong strategic thinking skills.
• Experience with product, engineering, and go to market teams.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and conflicting priorities.
• Proactive communication skills.
• Capability in mentoring and uplifting TPM craft.
• Curiosity and initiative in leveraging AI tools.
